Travis has spent the last 15 years helping his clients achieve their dreams. He has helped thousands of people realize the dream of homeownership and helped countless others by designing a home loan that fits both their short and long term financial objectives.
Although Travis grew up in Naples, Florida, he now calls Wisconsin home, even on those cold dreary February days. He is passionate about helping clients in Delavan, Lake Geneva, Elkhorn, and all of Walworth County achieve their own financial dreams.
Mortgages and home loans aren’t all Travis is interested in. He is delighted to share his life with his two wonderful sons Josh & Tanner. They certainly manage to keep him busy. He feels extremely fortunate to share his life with the lovely and talented Kimberly who certainly fits the moniker, “his better half.” If you ask him about her be prepared to spend some time as he may gush on for awhile. Kimberly’s two sons Jordan and Logan compliment his fulfilling and active life. With four boys around you can imagine the stories that will be told years from now. They have scheduled their wedding for March 24th in Las Vegas.
Travis is actively involved in his community, whether he’s serving on the board as the Vice President on the Delavan - Delavan Lake Chamber of Commerce or in his role as Chair Elect for Community Action Inc. an anti-poverty organization that serves both Rock and Walworth Counties. He delights in his involvement with Delavan Darien High School Grid Iron Club; he loves his football that’s for sure, and his mentoring of youth through the READS program at Turtle Creek Elementary School.

It is not uncommon to see price declines of up to 50% in some metro areas. The bank doesn’t care about your situation. They were duped into thinking that they would be able to refinance their home in 1-3 years because their home would appreciate. Believe me, I am speaking from experience. They only care about making sure the loan is performing.
